M.K. Palmore

Founder and Principal Advisor, Apogee Global RMS. A career built across institutions that demand performance under pressure and clarity of judgment in conditions of genuine risk.

M.K. Palmore graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and was commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He went on to a distinguished career in federal law enforcement, culminating at the senior executive service level of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Following federal service, he served as Vice President and Field CISO at Palo Alto Networks and held senior cybersecurity leadership responsibilities at Google Cloud. He is a Professor in Practice at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University.

Across these roles, M.K. Palmore has advised boards, executive committees, and senior government leaders on integrated risk governance, security leadership development, and the practitioner realities of operating at the intersection of cyber, physical, and human capital risk.
